A menu item package is a pre-built selection of menu items you can apply to any event in one line, instead of adding each item every time.
When to use it. You sell the same combination often, like a BBQ package or a cocktail-hour package. Build it once and reuse it on every event.
Create a package
- Navigate to the Catalog tab.

- Select Packages from the dropdown.

- Click + New Package.

- Enter the package name, an optional description, and the pricing.

- Click Save.
Add items to a package
- Open the package by clicking its name in the Packages list.

- Scroll to the Menu Items section.

- Click Add Menu Item, then search your catalog, pick an item, set how many come in the package, and save. Repeat for each item.

Pro tip: If an item isn’t in your catalog yet, click + Create New to build it right from this screen.
What you’ll see. The package’s calculated cost updates as you add items, and it’s now available whenever you add a package to an event.
Good to know.
- On an event, one package item can be pinned to a fixed total, like a single cake that stays at 1 however many guests attend.
