We are Better Cater.

Better Cater began with one vision in mind — create a comprehensive yet simple software solution for caterers that saves them time and money. We spent our time with working caterers, and heard the same week described over and over: the quote in one document, the event details in another, the kitchen counts on paper, the invoice somewhere else, and every change to the guest count retyped into all of them.

So that is the thing we built. The proposal, the contract, the BEO, the kitchen counts, and the invoice all come from the same event you entered once — change the guest count and they follow it. The point is to give caterers their time back and let them do what they know best: put on a fantastic catering showcase.

We’re not finished. We keep making Better Cater more robust and more closely tailored to the way caterers actually work — listening to the catering community and building toward the right solution for it.
